tests: Use POSIX '.' as 'source'
On posix shells, only the '.' command is supported.
Even when running on a full bash shell, the file to source should be
either fully or locally qualified to avoid picking up a stray version
available in $PATH.
Fix both issues by swapping to the posix standard
