virtio-ring.h -> virtio-queue.h
Since vring* and VRING* have been replaced with virtq* and VIRTQ* respectively, rename the header virtio_ring.h to virtio_queue.h. Suggested-by: Kevin Lo <kevlo@kevlo.org> Signed-off-by: Michael S.
