Chat meetings:
- we agreed to introduce a new style to save time and energy
- members send todo updates by mail before meeting starts
- short focussed meetings. Everyone answers:
a) what have I worked on since last time
b) what will I work on until next time
c) I have the following problems (or not)
- problems can be discussed ad-hoc if the energy is there,
otherwise interested parties do this separately
- once every two weeks
- should be doable in 15 minutes if no special problems are
to be discussed
Additional tasks for 8/m:
- only tasks for Simon & Wolfram in the queue
- both agreed to wait until Magnus is back
Base tasks:
- Wolfram: ask for developer's reports to ensure alignment
- Niklas is okay doing small base tasks occasionally instead of en-block
Additional tasks:
- priorities of tasks need to be clear for developers to decide
- especially across groups
- same is true for group leaders, actually
- discuss this internally beforehand by mail?
