bsp-51x-upport-request: Move GIC/IRQC clock removal to non-target
DT describes hardware, not documentation policy.
Removing the INTC-EX module clock breaks old DTB, INTC-AP does exist and
must not be disabled.
Cfr. the corresponding bsp-41x commits.
