DRM_*MEMORYBARRIER we had were related to an MMIO space. This means
arch-specific code on the BSDs, unfortunately. Also add
DRM_MEMORYBARRIER() and change the DRM_READMEMORYBARRIER()s that used
to be read/write barriers to it.
